Eppendorf South Pacific provides its own in-house Technical Service Center (located in North Ryde, Sydney) that offers servicing, pipette calibration and technical support for its full range of quality liquid handling devices.

Eppendorf South Pacific complies with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 (2005). Our scope of accreditation covers calibration and verification of piston operated pipettes by the methods of AS 2162.2 and ISO 8655 (* detailed Scope). As a result, we can offer certified NATA endorsed pipette calibration reports at your request.

A pipette calibration service for all other types and makes of liquid handling products is also offered at our facilities. The facility is fully equipped to ensure the accuracy and traceability of all work carried out. All staff have been factory trained to ensure maximum efficiency, product knowledge and understanding.

With the full support of our dealer network we offer our services DIRECTLY to our customers to ensure efficient and prompt turnaround times. We also handle any warranty issues with our liquid handling product range, irrespective of the Distributor you have purchased our product from.

• complete and sign a DECONTAMINATION Certificate
• send your pipettes, the Decontamination form PLUS your order to our office in North Ryde, freight pre-paid.
• we will then do the work and return to you, freight paid.
• we will invoice you on a 30 day account basis or we accept most major Credit Cards (AMEX and DINERS excepted)
